Bob Tagge was attached to a certain politeness in social conduct, particularly in the countryside. In the mid eighties he had him made a large number of blue shields with basic rules for social intercourse in forest, dunes and heaths. At a certain point he began distributing them all over the estate. By the time a lot of them disappeared, but occasionally some can be traced in overgrown parts of the foliage. This one was discovered recently, not far from the place where evidence was found on the Unidentified Hitman Case.
